Free and wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, sausage plus toast, favourable location...

Staff was incredibly friendly, I didn't want to leave!

Everything was excellent, had a perfectly pleasant stay of value for money. Its location close to everything in the city was good and unbeatable.

Quick check-in with complimentary drink. Spotless and spacious room. Close and easily accessible location. Reasonable price for scooter and car rentals. Good variety of options for breakfast. Big and comfortable bed. Helpful and polite staff.

Not obvious to find

The restaurant here was NICE for lunch & dinner, we both ordered hot dishes. A walk-in shower in the functional bathroom was a plus. The service was all in all great. The location of the hotel was favourable - not very far from Elephant Rescue Park. Visited few places in the center, just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

We were in Chiang Mai for 4 days, had real good stay, the hotel was reasonably clean with nice and really ideal location in the city center.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.

Stylish hotel in the center of the city, nicely decorated and well-kept rooms. Lovely building and rooms with comfortable beds.

During our stay in this hotel, we were impressed by the staff's helpfulness and English-speaking abilities. The convenient location allowed us to easily access everything in this city, including local transportation and popular markets. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities was exceptional. Additionally, we enjoyed the breakfast spread with a wide variety of options.

The room was spacious and well decorated, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff were attentive and professional, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The included breakfast was a good value and had many options for Thai and Western tastes. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions and landmarks.

The wifi was slow and unreliable, making it challenging to stay connected. the on-site restaurant was not the best, with limited options and average quality food.

The rooms at this low budget hotel were decent sized. The location was magnificent, relatively near Tha Phae Gate.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the old city center and a range of activities. The hotel rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, good wardrobe space, mini-fridges, and safes. The hotel also offers a car service to Doi Suthep and the airport.

The hotel restaurant leaves a lot to be desired and there are not many other eating options in the area.

What a great Christmas experience! We loved the complementary cookies and hot chocolate that were available throughout our stay. The location was amazing, just a short walk to tons of restaurants and attractions. One of the best things about this hotel was the comfortable bed that felt like a cloud. We slept so well every night.
